A clean, comfortable hotel though the room was rather warm and the thermostat resisted resetting. Proximity to the outer door was a problem as it seemed to be a gathering spot for other guests who chattered into the early morning without regard for people who might be trying to sleep. Some noise from the hallway too. Quiet hours did not seem to be emphasized. The room was excellent and the bed comfortable. Service in the restaurant was slow and took a long time to produce even a simple breakfast. Parking was good and easy to get to.

Very expensive, and price was only jacked up because of an event happening, unacceptable!!! Also room booking was requested to be close to others and put way far apart, very frustrating. The price of breakfast and supper is beyond for the buffet, specially with mid level food options.

From the arrival check in through to our leaving check out, we were treated with kindness and respect. The staff were friendly and made us welcome. All the amenities were great. Everything was as we expected. Definitely a recommend from us.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. Both times were terrific. To my surprise upon checking in we received a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant for the next morning. Not sure if this was a one off or what as we did not receive anything the prior time. This location is close to Princess Auto Stadium as well as many restaurants and shopping. It is also conveniently located at the end of south side Pembina highway to leave the city quickly. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing and we had him both times we checked in. The rooms are your regular rooms you would find in most hotels in this price range. The cookie in the room is a nice touch with a complimentary bottle of water. The rooms are quiet and the beds are extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was the breakfast we had, both of us had the steak and eggs. The portion sizes were great but our steaks were well done and not medium like we had asked. I do believe the food was sitting under a warmer for some time as the steak would have continued to cook as it sat there as well as the eggs looked dried out a tell tale sign of them sitting under a heat lamp. The server may have been fairly new, not sure. She also did not do a quality check or refill our drinks at the time of our meal. All in all a great stay. 100% recommend.
