« Conveniently located to all of our plans for week plus found some great local restaurants, winery and distillery. Quiet wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch after our days activities to enjoy the night air. The home is comfortable and inviting inside as well. »

« We were quite impressed with the homey feel of the place, and it was great having 3 recliners in the living room too! Check-in went quite smoothly, and the place was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and there was just enough space for us to not feel crowded. The location was convenient for our visit, and we were close enough to ample dining/shopping without much trouble at all. The only thing we noticed in the area is the narrow roads, super sharp, unexpected turns, and sometimes confusing...

« ...and then some. My family and I had such a memorable stay. Every inch of the home was packed with the sights, sounds and smells of our childhood. The house is cozy, comfortable and immaculate. One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return! »

« The house was beautiful! It was in a great location right on the river. The pool was great, very clean. We had one issue with the water not getting hot in the upstairs bathroom. Terry did send someone the same day, but it still didn’t get hot after he left. But the shower downstairs worked very well, so we all used that one. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Especially if you have a boat for the river. »

« I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the 1915 remodeled home. The place was beautifully but minimalistically decorated. We were celebrating our son's baccalaureate graduation from Carnegie Mellon University. This location boasted beautiful sunset views, conversation of the past four years and making new memories. The host left us wonderful supplements (organic eats and bacon with artisan bread and jam) for the following morning's breakfast. There was ample space to entertain and...

« House is well styled and very clean. Only bathroom is accessed theough a bedroom upstairs. Not enough towels for 6 people. No amenities as I've found in previous rentals such as no: hair dryer, shampoo, shower soap. Not enough linens for 6 people to sleep. Pull out couch, but no sheets or blankets. Bed upstairs had no sheets. No extra pillows. Difficulty with lock/access and local contatct info was incorrect/disconnected owner was very helpful when I did reach her by email and rental company was...
