### Keepers Cottage, a picturesque traditional stone cottage.

Featuring mountain views, Keepers Cottage is situated 6.8 miles from Dunkeld and 18.6 miles from Perth. There is a range of self-catering cottages and farmhouses on offer, all situated within the expansive grounds of Keepers Cottage. Dundee is 28.6 miles from the property.  
  
The accommodation comes with a dining area and seating area with a flat-screen TV. All units include a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and oven. A microwave and kettle are also offered. There is a private bathroom with a bath and free toiletries in each unit. Towels and bed linen are provided.  
  
Located in the quiet courtyard of the Kinnaird Estate, Keepers Cottage is a picturesque traditional stone cottage which is surprising spacious inside. Perfect as a base for exploring the local area or for fishing or shooting parties, the cottage has a lovely secluded decking area with far-reaching views towards the River Tay.  
  
Sleeping up to four people, the cottage is on two levels and comprises the following:

Spacious lounge with gas log fire and television with Freesat digital channels  
Dining room  
Kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer dryer  
Separate toilet  
French windows leading from the lounge to a timber-decked area overlooking fields stretching towards the River Tay  
Upstairs  
Two double en-suite bedrooms which can be used as twins or doubles  
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including salmon fishing, loch fishing, hiking and bird watching. Pitlochry is 5.6 miles from Keepers Cottage, while Crieff is 19.3 miles away. The nearest airport is Edinburgh Airport, 48.5 miles from Keepers Cottage.
