Always a warm and professional welcome. Rooms are always sparkling clean and well appointed. Plenty of extra blankets and the underfloor heating in the bathroom is fabulous on cold mornings. Parking has never been an issue for me either which is a huge plus. I love staying here when I'm in Dunedin on business and wouldn't bother looking for anywhere else. This accommodation is just perfect!
