#### Great space and location -warm fire!

Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean.

This was a GREAT house with the most amazing views and access to the beach and Dunedin. We absolutely loved it and would love to return someday. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay! Thank you so much!
