All in all the location was wonderful and so were the rooms. We were there 4 nights and we had breakfast and dinners in. Very quickly we filled the rubbish bin. We look everywhere for more plastic bags but none were available. I contacted your office requesting assistance and no one contact us. We had to make do

Clean and well appointed. Very convenient for Dundee and Arbroath. The information folder needs to be updated to the current appliances and relevant dinning options. One of the ceiling lights in the second bathroom needs replacing and the loo seats need tightening. Overall, a great place to stay.
