This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. Getting a whole lot more bang for your buck with the villa booking. The property manager, Mr Davy, was very kind and attentive from the moment I landed, and stayed in touch even after I landed back home to make sure I made it back to my destination safely. He's always a quick whatsapp message or a phone call away if you need anything. The area is very quiet, and the villa was spotless. Highly recommend!

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

My recent stay Ocean Coral Spring All Inclusive was very disappointing. Although advertised as a 5-star My experience did not reflect that. The buffet food and service was poor and some appeared stale. The fried fish at one of the restaurants was excellent, entertainment, bellman and front desk were good. The rooms were okay, but the furniture were old and sofa were dirty. I also encountered a roach in my room which was very concerning I paid close to 4,000 dollars trip package five nights for myself and my mother, so I expected much better. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not return, even if offered a free stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously.☹️

Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit card). We worked it out, but it did add a layer of unnecessary stress - they could have simply sent a message with the balance and instructions after booking so that travellers could be better prepared.
