The showers were horrible, hot cold hot cold. One bed had a 6 inch dip by the end table. Everyone was very friendly but I do not recommend this Super 8 yo anyone.

Staff was very friendly and nice towards my brother and I but the room itself was in need of some major maintenance and cleaning. At least the beds were clean and free from bugs.

Requested a lower room floor in advance and received.
Clean room.
Hot water and good water pressure from the shower.

Enjoyed our 2) two night stay.

I called the Super 8 and cancelled this booking. I was told that I would received an email stating the cancellation. When I didn't receive a cancellation email, I called Expedia and they cancelled the booking but the did not send it over to Super 8 so I got charged a $82 no show fee. Expedia will not send me the cancellation email again so I'm stuck paying the fee. Not very happy at all that people can not do their jobs correctly and others have to pay for their incompetence.

Do not stay here. Room was advertised it had Queen beds. Ha ha they were old 3/4 beds sheets were for a queen they were put on side ways. Air conditioner made such a loud noise it would wake use up. The breaker for the tv and light must have flipped off we no tv Overall it was terrible I will never stay at a Wyndham motel again. Save your money and stay at a better hotel. Overall a horrible night.

This place was so nice and the owner was amazing! My daughter left her wallet and an i phone watch in the room and they called us to let us know! Great place to stay! Great people running it!

Bath area dirty, no safety lock, peep hole covered with panty liner, curtain rod broken, air conditioner so loud kept you awake. Door hard to open. General upkeep and repairs very poor. Never been in such poorly kept motel.

Good people. Stayed 2 nights no maide service. Room needs updated especially the bathroom shower is terrible. Small room dangerous for seniors. Check in and out first class.

I am so sorry your entire experience wasn't amazing. I did fix the issue with the water in the shower after we spoke when you checked out. I am working with my higher ups on a solution to make the tubs less slippery for seniors. We are also working on getting updates done as well. As for housekeeping, that is a change by Wyndham. Wyndham now only has housekeeping go into the rooms every third day. You should have been notified of that at check-in. I am so sorry that you were not. I hope I have addressed your concerns and please feel free to reach out with any others! Thank you so much for staying with us, we greatly appreciate your business! I hope we see you again soon!

Shower barely worked ! Drug dealers staying next to us would give you a contact high ! People fighting in the middle of the night ! Drinks extremely loud at the night club next door ! Bedding looked like it had been slept in the night before !

It was advertised as pet friendly but when I checked in, I was charged an additional 50 bucks for a pet charge. The room was dirty, especially the toilet in the water backed up in the shower. I would never recommend that anyone stay there.

The people were nice.
The cards that unlock the doors didn't work very well. Had to have employ to use key to unlock door.
Breakfast wasn't that great. only had 1 type of packaged cinnimmon rolls. seems like could have had packaged donets.
One last day we had no hot water in room.

Really Great Stay
This was a three day trip for myself, my fiancé, and our yorkie. These people were amazing, when the other two hotels we stayed at were atrocious. For $10 more then the last one, we got a super clean and nice hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and the nicest staff I’ve dealt with at a hotel in years.

Some of the staff were not helpful. Our tv didn't work and we told 3 different clerks and only one tried to help. He fixed it so we could turn on but next morning it wouldn't work again because the remote couldn't be programed. There were tornado sirens and the staff had no safety route for guests to follow in case of a real tornado. We were told to get off second floor to a ground level room if something happened. There should be a safety plan in place for upper level rooms. Being from out of town and not used to tornado sirens this was very upsetting to my family.

It’s right next door to a night club. It was loud and obnoxious. The room felt nasty. The shower sprayed more from the bath portion than the shower head.

We had dirty sheets in our room! What looked to be mushrooms growing out of the carpet and stained ceiling tiles above the shower from a leak. We did not receive a single shower towel in our room. There was something gross smeared all over the curtains as well. We requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke horrendously because the room next door to us was a smoking room. The staff at the front desk was really friendly, but the cleaning was less than satisfactory.
