Friendly genuine greeting, extremely helpful and proactive in assisting me after we encountered an issue with my original booking that was made last minute. He quickly understood through my demeanour that an unpleasant event occurred in my day which prompted me to make the last minute booking. He made sure my experience was not going to become negative and handled the check in and subsequently the problem resolution process seamlessly. I appreciateD the proactive assistance. Surprisingly, he was there upon my early check out and 6.5 hours later...was just as friendly. I regretted not giving him a big tip for thanks as it was far from my mind at the time. I hope he gets Recognition from this review. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The only complaint was that the jets in the Jacuzzi tub did not work, which was very much a disappointment.
