We did have to do some initial child-proofing (hiding cords, adjusting window blinds, locking backyard gates, etc.) but that's to be expected at any place when you have kids our age. A couple of issues did come up during our stay but Daniel was on top of it and took care of them right away! It's a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic since it's at the far end of a dead end street. Neighbors were very friendly! ##### Davin C.
