The team went out of their way to upgrade my room and ensure it was quiet, which made such a difference to how rested I felt for my shifts. The breakfast was also fantastic – fresh, well stocked, and a perfect start (or end!) to a long working day. It’s the combination of kindness, professionalism, and comfort that’s made me decide to book here for the rest of my placement."
