The fact that it was beachfront with hammock (depending on your room) and tire swing made it fun. For a budget room, having a ref in both rooms (aircon and non-aircon) was great. It's habagat season so beachfront was not that clean but sand was fine.
With hot and cold shower and towels (though a bit old and beat to be replaced) were provided. They have a water dispenser but only room temp or hot water is available. Didn't check why the cold water was not available. Though it was not the owners fault, there was brownout for 2 days, and as explained by the owner, water pressure is not enough to supply the locals, they had water pumps which of course does not work during brownouts. Good thing that we already took a bath the night before our tour and was able to fill up our medium sized pail with water so we had enough for a quick shower for 2.
I love the room on the 2nd floor though no aircon, it has a nice view and cooler breeze compared to the room downstairs.
The room on the first floor has aircon, and with a patio with 2 hammocks. So relaxing indeed!
Please take note that property is not a luxurious one, Its a simple property
With nice owners, and you will definitely enjoy your stay if you love beach front. Plus factor, it is beside Aloha grill, most recommended place to eat and near a massage place.
