Place was very clean and pleasant until the 'renters' next door arrived. The walls are paper-thin and we could hear every single word / toilet flush / squeaky door. We got past that. Our unit was supposed to have a washer / dryer but the dryer was broken and we instructed not to use either unit. Again what we thought was a great price for what we were staying in. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE -- the EXTRA service fees are a killer!!! Our service fees (standard charges add-ons) were More than our 3 day stay! When I booked on Expedia it was not well indicated other than the 'small print' price under the night stay price. This was a failure on my part to do the math. BUT don't want this to happen to others that think this stay with Heirloom Vacation Rentals is a great deal. "Buyer Beware"! Everything you would need was provided. Bummed the washer and dryer were not available but not a huge issue. A cover by the day bed was off the wall and didn’t stay on when my husband attempted to put it back but wasn’t anything that affected our stay. Would stay again! ##### Danielle B.
