Heater/AC & Vents were extremely dirty, the sink overflow drain was disgusting, 1 elevator was out of order, & the enclosed walkway was not accessible to be used for getting to & from the DECC Facility.

The hotel is old and half way remodeled. Only one elevator worked and it took a long time to get on one. The restaurant server was really nice but the food was horrible.

Outdated and the hot tub is a little dirty-looking. The sauna is great. Overall the hotel needs an upgrade. The best feather is the Harbour 360 It's nice. The menu could be better.

Run down. Shower did not work properly. Wall outlets were faulty. Bathroom awkward and small; more “kid” size than adult and I’m a small adult so that’s saying something. Would not recommend.

This hotel brings one back to the 1970s. The decor, carpet, and wallpaper looks dated. Our room was comfortable but the the corner of the wall by the window was literally deteriorating and paint chips were all over the carpet. We could go up in the elevator to the floors but on our floor there was a sign saying the elevators were out of order and we had to use the service elevator to go down. The rotating restaurant on site is also dated. I had spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were hard and did not look fresh. Some in our party had 1/4 pound smashburgers which were paper thin and way smaller than the bun with an average taste.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was very busy due to youth hockey in the area, but the staff did very well and taking care of everything from check in to refilling items like coffee, Kleenex, etc. when needed.

Went thru 3 rooms to get a room that wasn’t wet with fans running in them. Front desk was unaware that sections on 12th and 14th floor had some water damage and we being left open and not to be used. Up and down in the elevator back and forth to front desk. We had 2 rooms and both of us were up and down trying to square away the room situation! Room is outdated and desk chair ripped and torn. Not what I expect at a Radisson property!

Property was kind of raggedy and room had hair from the last guest in it. Additionally, to be a king size premium Rome a condition was fairly poor. Won’t be staying there again.

The perfect place to getaway for Bentleyville and staying this side of the harbor. We are in love with this place. The 360 Harbor bar and restaurant is beautiful, atmospheric and has great food and staff. Best view of Superior. The staff was incredible. We loved it. Will be back.

We had a comfortable stay. Room could’ve definitely used some renovation. Was pretty much clean, but when i removed the sheet afterwards the mattress pad was stained quite a bit. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Parking is terrible- we had to park at the bowling alley across the street and risk getting towed. The staff was not all that friendly- may have had something to do with the youth hockey team staying there and them being out of control. Also you will wait 20 min or so to get on an elevator that makes lots of noise and hops and bounces at every single stop. There is no restroom anywhere near the pool area so if you have to use the restroom while swimming, you’ll have to go up to your room and hope you don’t pee your pants waiting for an elevator. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep, it’s alright for that but not a place I would recommend.
