1 Bedroom Cottage with full kitchen, full bathroom including a large bathtub, electric fireplace and great view of lake. Wi-Fi Internet and canoe all included in rental. 2 mini split air conditioners. Just installed another mini split air conditioner in bedroom for improved comfort.
Cottage has stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, plates, silverware, cups, pots, pans, towels, sheets, pillows, radio and closet space. Heat and Air conditioned. TV with local channels and guest services of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Roku.. DVD in cabin bring your own movies.. Larger charcoal grill.
I provide soap, toilet paper and dish soap, towels, dish towels, hand towels and pillows.
King Sleep Number Bed and a comfortable couch/hide a bed will sleep four.
Picnic table
Small 200 acre lake without public access full of walleye, northern, blue gill, and crappie. Fish off dock.

Pontoon rental available for $100 per day includes gas, but you must request Pontoon reservation when booking.
Cabin is 30 miles from Duluth, MN
Canoe and paddles use is included in the rental price. Please bring your own life jackets and request when booking so I can reserve for you.

Dog fee is $25 Per dog per day. 2 dogs=$50 total per day.Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash on the property at all times. Must get prior consent from owner if your dog is over 50 pounds.

Two night minimum
Room to bring your own boat with dock space available which is included in rental price.
