A short one block walk from the apartment and you will find yourself on the Lakewalk, an 8 mile long paved trail stretching from Brighton Beach through Bayfront Festival Park and into the Lincoln Park Craft District. Within 3 blocks to Essentia Health and St. Luke’s hospital. Less than a mile walk to Bentlyville (in the winter), Bayfront Festival Park, the DECC and Amsoil Arena. If you are looking at renting it just do it… You will not regret it. The location is perfect, the view is breathtaking & the house is lovely. There are restaurants close by, & It is within walking distance to just about everything. And the check in/check out process could not have been easier. And did I mention the spectacular view Lol..My husband and I sat on the deck every morning to just relax with our coffee. We have been up to the North Shore many times and it was by far the best view we've ever had... It was hard to leave!The place is the total package! We can't wait to go back. ##### Jennifer V. You can walk anywhere - Canal Park, downtown, Fitgers. We were there Tuesday thru Thursday so was able to enjoy the sailboat races from the balcony. You’ll have everything you need and easy parking.
