Located overlooking Duluth's busy harbor, Suite Betty is located near all of Duluth's main attractions. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Pull out queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Please note we do charge an additional $10 per night each for the 3rd and 4th adult guest. Children under 18 stay free. Due to system limitations, the fee will be charged after the reservation is made. Free WiFi and Cable TV included. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided.

The property also has much green space with several seating areas and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request.

Please note that our property is licensed and inspected annually by the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of Duluth Fire & Safety Department . We use cleaning and disinfectant products and guidelines recommended by the CDC. The apartment is completely self contained and has it’s own private entrance and heating, cooling and ventilation system. We have contactless check in and check out.

What a Gem!
We have been visiting Duluth for several years. Suite Betty is one of the best places we have stayed. I almost hate to give it high praise because I want it to be kept a secret. It is super clean, cozy, comfortable and well priced. The property has a huge wooded yard with a bluff as a backdrop. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is well appointed.

The Betty Suite was about as sweet as the hosts Bill and Pat. This apartment was clean, and very well maintained. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, we would highly recommend it for your next trip to Duluth.

Suite Betty weekend
My husband and I stayed at Suite Betty for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The suite was perfect for us. Pat and Bill were fantastic hosts, even having fresh flowers on the dining table. I was impressed with the hotel-like toiletries that were available in the bathroom/shower. I was grateful for the fan that was on site because I am someone who sleeps with a fan. In the suite was a binder with a huge collection of local activities, restaurants, and helpful information related to the area. This property was clean and very well taken care of. It was obvious to me that a lot of thought has been put into providing a wonderful guest experience. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Suite Betty. It was just as wonderful as the first! Bill and Pat are gracious, flexible and responsive hosts. We appreciated their quick responses when we had questions. At the last minute we needed a late check out on the day of our departure and they were more than accommodating! This time we noticed and appreciated the extra USB’s in the bedroom lamps, as well as, the fully stocked coffee and creamer. Suite Betty is clean and spacious with plenty of room for four adults. The location is in a quiet neighborhood convenient to many areas of Duluth. It is just minutes from restaurants, shopping and the more touristy things to do. In addition, it is close to some more hidden gems like Lincoln Park. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Bill & Pat!

Seven Years
The neighborhood is very charming/eccentric. The property is immaculate. The windows look out over the city. While hotels tend to provide less than the minimum amount of lighting, Suite Betty has excellent, very flexible lighting. The hosts are accommodating but totally unintrusive. The shower facilities are the best I have ever encountered.
