Available as a single rental these two separate abodes provide privacy and space and direct beach access to Lake Superior's public five mile sandy beach with a Park at the end. The beach is great for walking, jogging, biking, swimming-- in the summer and walking the dog, pets recommended! The Beach House with it's wood paneled kitchen and breakfast room has two bedrooms with queen size beds and second floor sitting room. Two new bathrooms feature beach rock tile and stained wood paneling with a shower and a whirlpool tub. There is a formal dining room kitchen bar and breakfast room for casual dining. The Cottage is complete in itself with two bedrooms, a living area, dining area, kitchenette and full bath. One bedroom has a full sized bed the second has bunkbeds. The yard is spacious and private with a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a fire pit. City license no. One thing that they might want to add is that they do have spices included. We did really appreciate having the sidewalks & drieway shoveled for us, that was a nice perk. Overall we had a fantastic time and had everything we needed for our stay. The parking was challenging as the driveway is shared with the neighbor and has an electric pole in the middle of it. The road is very busy and we had to park cars on the opposite side...could only fit two in the driveway. It was also loud when we were in the backyard firepit. The house was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a terrible fish smell that we were finally able to get rid of once we found the source. Someone had put fish in the disposal and never ran it. The yard was nice but overgrown and unkept. Again...overall the stay was great since we stayed busy away from the house, but for what we paid, I would have expected more. ##### Jodi S.
