We were only at the hotel for about 7 hours. Enough for a quick sleep/shower. We didn’t use the pool or breakfast. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. But ladies, do not forget to bring your own shampoo & conditioner. I forgot mine, and the complimentary products are definitely by a man for a man.

The room had a sleeper sofa where another bed could easily fit .The bed was atrocious. Why would they have that instead of another nice bed? There was dust on the bedside tables and the mirror in the sink area bin the main room was dirty. We had only two pretty small towels and one hand towel and two wash cloths for two people. I asked for more towels and they gave me two more small towels and charged me a dollar. Not a great place!!👎👎

Overall, the hotel itself was good. Clean, large rooms. There were only two towels in the room, so had to ask for two more, which wasnt a big deal. They had kind of a funky smell to them, but not unclean. The hot tub was hot, but the jets were not working during our stay. Breakfast only goes until 9am, even on weekends and the options weren't great, so we skipped. The area around the hotel is not welcoming at all. A run down trailer park, freeway and one restaurant are surrounding the property. We would stay again, but would more than likely explore other options first.

The evening staff were helpful and respectful. The day crew were rude, yelling at kids. Not much for breakfast options. Lady took stuff out of the breakfast counter and took her 15mins to refill the tray with muffins and biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. Did not stay on top of the coffee. The pool never had enough towels. We had dirty towels left in our room and when we went to ask for more towels they didnt have any. Stated they were in the dryer.

Hi Grace, I do apologize that the breakfast attendant was taking long then you would like to refill breakfast trays, and coffee. If the morning crew was "yelling" at kids. My first thought is were they running around the hotel? Which we try to keep everyone that stays with us safe. As far as pool towels go if they are not returned to the bin in the pool area we can not get them washed and dried for other guest. I do apologize for your room not having clean towels. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. Anywhere from 1-4 time's a month. The hot tub is always hot staff's always nice and always usually quiet.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. I would stay again and recommend to others. I left my phone charger in the room and I didn’t even pull out of my parking spot before a gentleman came out with the charger. Very nice people!

The property is dated. I reserved a 2 queen room and ended up with one king instead. That only worked out because the other party in my trip had to leave early. There was a large group including a lot of kids.They were loud, slamming doors, running down the halls, yelling from one room to the next. I spoke with the front desk twice and have up because the adults were also yelling. The walls are super thin. The bed was uncomfortable. And to ice the crap cake they didnt say what time breakfast was done, typical hotels on a Saturday would be 10-10:30. It was done at 9. Normally wouldnt be an issue but since i didnt sleep until 3 a.m. I opted to sleep in until 9. They also turn your key card off by 10 even though checkout is not until 11 a.m. so I got locked out when I went to move my car closer to pack up. The employees are nice enough. It was clean. But if you want to sleep, this is not the place to go.

Hi Summer, First thing, When i pulled up your reservation that you booked online through a 3rd party I did notice that you book a king room NOT a room with 2 double beds. So that is your mistake. Second, there is only so much we can do about loud guest. We can tell them to be quiet and the is about it. Breakfast and Pool hours are told to you when you check in. The front lobby was very clean, and the front desk clerk was extremely accommodating, very friendly. Our room was for the most part clean. The couch was visibly worn with numerous stains and the upholstery was torn, exposing the discolored cushion inside. The view from our window was of a very lovely trailer park and the highway we traveled to get to the hotel.

It’s not ADA compliant as there is no elevator or handicap door opener in front. Luckily I was aware before my stay and requested a first floor room. The hotel itself is nice & clean. I love the aesthetic. The staff & free breakfast were great! Lived the coffee options

I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were very large, very clean, and had a private bathroom as well as separate sink to get ready for the day. The pool was very large and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Pancakes, yogurt, eggs, biscuit and gravy and other options as well. Very nice stay close to Duluth ☺️

I really like this hotel. Its the first time ive stayed here and have had no issues. Its not on the main drag, which is nice. The staff are amazing and super helpful! The breakfast selection is great and fresh. My family and I will definitely be coming back!
