"This is my kids' favorite hotel because of the escalators and glass elevators and connection to the metro. Embassy Suites are great for families. It needs some TLC but the whole pavilion/mall it is in is getting some."

"I loved my stay, which felt like an indulgence. The large flat screen TV and excellent view make it feel like you're a celebrity. The staff is kind and accommodating; I really appreciate being allowed to settle in early, as the front desk person knew I'd been up all night. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again."
