My only concern was the air conditioning system in our room had a loud, whirring sound. It turned on/off every few minutes or so. It was a challenge to fall asleep. "We loved the location, room and staff. The Loden is absolutely 5 star service. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will be back as soon as possible. The staff truly makes you feel like you’re the only people they’re serving. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure you’re having a wonderful stay. We stayed in the Aura suite on the 12th floor. It was absolutely stunning. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has everything you could need to get ready for the day they even provide a Dyson blow dryer. Also the mini fridge and snack bar a very well stocked.
