The property has a private swimming pool with hydromassage, jacuzzi and gym. It is fully fenced and situated on a hill in a quiet residential area with no neighbors nearby, making it the perfect home for a relaxing holiday. Parking for up to 4 cars is provided in front of the villa. The villa consists of two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a small living room with access to the terrace and a table for up to 12 people, from which you can reach the pool and sunbathing area. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with access to the terrace. There is plenty of outdoor space. The property has a private swimming pool with hydromassage and an outdoor shower on the ground floor in the courtyard with a beautiful sea view. A great place to barbecue and socialize with family and friends is located in the outdoor barbecue area on the ground floor with seating for up to 12 people. This property is suitable for guests looking for a quiet and relaxing break from the daily fast-paced lifestyle, but at the same time it also suits guests who want to explore the surrounding natural areas and try some adventurous activities - kayaking, rafting or ziplining. The owners can organize them for you, as well as day trips by boat to nearby islands with lunch included - fish, meat or vegetarian. This holiday home is perfect for families who want to spend their holidays together, but still maintain their privacy. The villa itself offers a beautiful view of the countryside and the Adriatic Sea. The property is very peaceful and quiet, with no traffic around the house. It is especially very safe for children. The beach is just a few steps away, so you can relax and enjoy a morning and evening refreshing swim in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. You can enjoy long walks in the historic towns of Split and Omiš, go shopping or experience the summer nightlife in the surrounding towns because all these facilities are easily and quickly accessible. \* Check-in is after 4 pm, please do not arrive at the property earlier! We kindly ask you to respect this rule because the house needs to be cleaned and prepared for you. As the topmost house on the hill, it provides privacy and a nice few across the sea. It is in very good condition and provides everything one could expect - pool, spa, even a small gym. Even better than the house itself are Tatjana and Mario, the owners. The are very friendly and extremely helpful. When one of our group became sick, they went above and beyond and found a great doctor for us in Split (and even called to announce our visit). Simply put: should we come back to the area for another vacation, we will definitely book the place again. ##### Andreas P. All is very clean. Kids loved the Jakuzzi. House is on steep hill, so you need a car or good fitness to get there especially with bags of food. Managers are very strict in respect of check-in and check-out. Split in to two apartments with space to spend time together as well as your own family space. Really well equipped, lots of space and stunning views across the bay. Great swimming pool as well as a hot tub! (Cleaned every day!) Gym to use as well. Great location, beach is a 10min walk and you can find beach bars, supermarket, restaurants all within walking distance. Dugi Rat is a lovely small town with a shingle beach, well placed as a departure point for the essential boat day trips. A trip in to Omis is a short ride on the bus, very nice old town, and Split is only 45 min on the bus. The approach to the villa is up a small steep lane, not for the faint hearted but keeps you fit! I would recommend car hire if you are less able. Very good contact with Mario the owner, answered all of our queries before our arrival. Loved our time at Villa Petrina and Dugi Rat.....would highly recommend. ##### Ian S. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Anna S. 8 sept. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Nära stranden och fint hus Vi var 2 familjer, 11 st som hyrde Villa Petrini i augusti. Huset var jättefint, vi nyttjade ute miljön mest och njöt av poolen. Husets utsikt var magisk både på dagen och kvällen. Det låg i ett mysigt område, avskilt men ändå bara 4 min från den fina stranden, 5 min till 3 små matbutiker. Och 5 min till busshållplatsen. Tatjana och Mario var hjälpsamma om man hade några funderingar och hjälpte till att boka aktiviteter. Det var också enkelt att ta lokal bussen om man ville besöka tex Omis en kväll. The house was comfortable and the only trouble we had in our event was that all the beds were double beds, we would have needed a few picks apart and the big fridge was upstairs because the dining out on the terrace downstairs was hard to carry, but yes it went on holiday! You could tell more about the steep hill because the bad feet can't walk to the house, for example, from the beach or the shop. Nevertheless, I recommend the item to everyone. I could go again! Very nice surrounding, privacy but yet close to beach and stores. The way up to the house was steep so you had to be a good driver. The house was better than we expected. It sits high enough to give great views of the sea, it's private and quiet yet close to markets, restaurants and the beach. The kitchens are well stocked with pots and pans, crockery, utensils and appliances. We cooked on the outdoor grill every night. We had hours of fun in the beautiful pool.
