This holiday apartment in Duce near Omiš combines comfort and a dream location directly on the sandy beach of the Croatian Adriatic coast. The accommodation for up to five people offers an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and LCD TV, as well as an open living area with two pull-out sofa beds. The large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area invites shared meals. A balcony with a magnificent sea view offers space for relaxed hours outdoors while you enjoy the sunrise over the glittering water. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin, bed linen and towels are included.   
  
Right in front of the door lies the fine sandy beach, lined with tamarisk trees that provide natural shade. The shallow water is ideal for children and leisurely beach days. Two loungers are reserved for the guests of the apartment on the beach. The house offers a secure, free parking space and a beach bar on the ground floor, where you can enjoy breakfast or refreshing drinks upon request (for a fee).   
  
The environment offers numerous leisure opportunities: water sports, boat trips, rafting, cycling or excursions to the nature parks and national parks of the region. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are within a few minutes' walk, the old town of Omis is just a short walk away.
