Air-con stopped working after first night stay. Even the first night air-con doesn't work in the way as instructed. There is too much humidity in the place. It's very loud when people walk by the hallway. Room Wi-Fi acts weird as it switches to another Wi-Fi constantly. When I disable the other Wi-Fi the hotel Wi-Fi goes on and off. Won't consider this place in future.

I was anticipating a nice stay for the night. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that the pictures accurately represented the room. I woke up with an allergic reaction, which indicts either dust or mould. The wardrobe looked precarious and was unanchored to the wall. The washroom was notably of poor quality~the sinks were automatic like you see in a public washroom. Odd choice. The staff were nice and accommodating during check-in and check-out. This is more suitable to a student rather than a professional. I would spend a little bit more and get something nicer.

Nice hotel in a good location. Stayed 2 nights and travelled to the main exhibition centre each morning. Taxis are easy to get and some good food places nearby for breakfast or dinner.

I booked 9 rooms for a stag do @ £40 per night. It was ideal for what we wanted. Great location and great value at that price! Lisa on reception is an absolute credit to the place, she went above and beyond to help us over the weekend.

I try not to provide Hotel stay opinions, because most elements of liking or disliking the experience is very individual. This time, however I am making exception I truly am truly disappointed with overall cleanest of the property. Photos of the rooms are way over photoshopped. What I found ( being transferred upon my request from the room smelled like cigarettes ) carpeting all over hotel is super dirty. Walls, wake ways, almost everything around is dirty and not taken care of. What’s nice, is breakfast. Good selection, fresh & healthy.

we had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff was very friendly and they were geared towards tourists, they provided us with chargers and weighing scales when we needed them, in particular i would like to mention Kimberly and Maria, they were very friendly, professional and helpful, my only issue was that the hotel doesn't allow for single night stay so i had to stay at another hotel for one night, as i had travelled out of the city, all in all i would recommend this hotel for its location and staff

Horrible hotel. Rooms so warm and uncomfortable. Reported to hotel staff but nothing done about it. No chance of sleep, as windows and doors extremely thin. Loud trams and people outside and doors slamming all night long in the hotel. Bath room has dirty shower curtain, shower that doesn’t drain properly and shower that trickles out rather than a good comfortable shower. Bath room tap on a sensor, which turns on every 20 min through the night, just that extra bit of noise to keep you awake. Will never stay here again

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very comfortable bed, the staff were very helpful, big shower and bathroom, free water and coffee. Very walkable. The only downside was the heat was on full blast and I wasn’t able to turn it off.
