Don't believe what you see.
The hotel wasn't what I expected. Location is excellent but the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. You have to go to reception for a hot drink which I find ridiculous. You can find cheap kettles on the market so every room should have one. I was disappointed.

Great town to stay in
Excellent location -not more than a 2 minute walk from the Neuss Main train Station. ON a charming shopping street with various restaurants and coffee shops - not the Nasty Train Station Area which you find in Dusseldorf. Only about 11 minutes away.

My stay was average. They should be looking into refurbushing their carpets in the room or at least upkeep them with cleaning. The bed could be better..they should be looking into changing their beds into King or Queen size. At the moment, their double room beds are basically 02 single beds joined into one bed. Quality of the mattress is just ok and each room there are only 2 pillows ( for double occupancy) no extra pillows were given when requested. Overall my stay is just OK.

Great location and cheap - No AC hot in summer!
Stayed for the weekend for a wedding, it was extremely hot weather that weekend (39°) even though the hotel has no AC they did give us a fan, unfortunately there was only one plug socket in the room which meant the fan was not so close! And also annoying for charging gadgets! Having said that the hotel for the price is in a great location, the gore is very dated but what do you expect for the price! Staff were also very friendly

Basic Hotel with good prices, Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy, Lots of Noise outside , but being direct in the city ,that is to be expected, Only issue i had was the Hotel has no parking which was stated it did when booking, had to park the car in a park house which was not to far away , but inconvenient . apart from that ,i would stay there again

All the staffs are very hospitable and welcoming from reception to housekeeping the only problem I had was I always have to fix my bed many times because the slices from the bed keeps falling when I lay down. But all in all I have a wonderful stay

Good value hotel
This hotel's best asset is beyond a doubt its staff. I stayed there with my toddler and they couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are reasonably specious, and the bed very comfortable. The daily cleaning is to a very good standard, but an additional deep clean is badly needed. Worst is the carpet - it shows its age, as well as evidence of many previous guests. The below-ground parking garage is a huge benefit if you come by car - but are they ever going to fix the intercom? When you're driving with small children, it's hugely inconvenient to have to bring your car round to the back of the building, jump out and dash round to the front and into reception to request the door is opened, then return to the car. Overall, this was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and all things considered, this hotel offers a pleasant, comfortable stay and excellent value for money.

Very convenient but Service could be better.
My stay was fine, though Service is very limited. The room had a bad smell of body odor but was visually clean. There is a gaping hole at the base of the shower. No TV, telephone, nor refrigerator in My room. Free wifi had VERY bad reception. If yo The good side is that it's conveniently across the street from the main train station, bank, and food and was doable for the amount of money spent if it's just a landing spot.

Cheap place to stay, but dont expect any extra.
This place is cheap to stay and it is ok for a few days stay. The location is quite good - station is few minutes of walking. It turned out that my room was not clean after the previous guests, there were pockets with empty bottles left. This is the reason why i have not very good first impression.

Our stay was not-so-good. It was noisy all the night. The train station is in opposite to the hotel. In the rooms was hot, no air condition. The breakfast was very very poor.

Great location but 1980's decor.
Best thing about the hotel: its location - very central and easy to walk around town as well as close to trains and busses. The value for money was also appropriate but the hotel should definitely consider updating their decor as it is clearly still stuck in the 1980s. With that location I would pay good money if the interior was much more pleasing to the eye and modern. They should also think about installing air-conditioning as it was SO hot during my stay to a point where I did not want to return to my hotel room as I knew that the afternoon sun was heating up the room to an unbearable temperature. Staff at the front desk should be encouraged to be a bit more smiley and friendly. Check-in and check-out was no problem and only took a couple of minutes. Confusion about the branding of the hotel: is it "Hotel Mirage" or "Sleep n Smile"??

The hotel is tired and could do with a refurbishment. Staff are friendly & do try to help with any queries. OK for 2 or 3 nights at the price.

This hotel fits in the category of East Berlin hotels before the wall went down. Half of our stay there was no hot water from the shower, no WiFi in the rooms, no clean towels or no towels at all. No bottled water as advertised and tables were not cleaned, beds hardly made. Frontdesk staff is ignorant or just does not care. Maintenance is very poor. Tasteless and overpriced.

Last Minute Choice--You get what you can for $250
Easily found using GPS with a rental car. Across the street from the tram service and bus service. Plenty of places to eat near by. On the sad side. This is a tired old hotel. The staff was helpful but had limited English skills. The room maintenance and upkeep were questionable and the daily cleaning was sparse and spotty.
