"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. "Sehr schöner Club mit einem großen Sportangebot, besonders in den Ferien. Unsere Kinder (16 und 14 Jahre) hatten ebenfalls viel Spaß. Alle Mahlzeiten waren sehr lecker. Jeden Abend gab es ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit Shows, Livemusik und Quizabenden. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Nach dem Umbau ist der Club noch attraktiver geworden (25-m-Becken, Sauna, neue Zimmer). Wir durften sogar ein neues Zimmer beziehen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
