With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a brand-new wraparound deck, and a pet-friendly welcome, this retreat has space for the whole family and is the perfect gateway to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Brian Head. Spend your mornings hiking red rock trails, your afternoons fishing at Panguitch Lake, and your evenings stargazing under some of the clearest skies in Utah. Guests love the balance of adventure and comfort here: “Views are awesome, cabin is exceptionally clean and well equipped” (Jocelyn, 2025). We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs. A $150 non-refundable pet fee covers up to two dogs. They must be added at booking. Undisclosed pets—even at pet-friendly properties—may result in significant fees. If you’re traveling with more than two dogs, please message us in advance to see if an exception can be approved for an additional deposit. This driveway is ideal for guests who are planning to explore the area with a car, as it gives them easy access to the property and the surrounding mountains. In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here\`s what you need to know: Before you set off: 1\. Once snow arrives: • Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended. • Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay. • Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly. There are great views off the deck, and the entire house was clean and comfortable. We had an extended stay (12 days) and they were thoughtful enough to leave us extra things like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. Also, we like to cook and this kitchen had all of the pots, pans, appliances that we needed to cook meals for the whole family.
