It is nestled in a pine tree hillside and is easily accessed off of the scenic highway. This gem is 1 of the 3 that were recently finished. It is an addition to 3 other condos we've been sharing on VRBO since 2009'. You'll have no long walks, elevators or flights of stairs when unloading your personal belongings for your vacation stay. Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING!!! Also, we don't have cameras like many properties. You'll get the privacy you deserve! There are now 6 of these cozy condo's. PERFECT for friends or families vacationing together. If this property isn't available, please check the 5 additional condos we share. VRBO #252336, #252348, #315050, #1562501 and #1918102. Our 960 sq. ft. spacious Condo is centrally located between Zion, Bryce and Cedar Breaks National Monument. It is a breath of fresh cool air as we are at 8500 ft in elevation, where air conditioning isn't needed. It's a perfect place to relax after your hikes in the warmer areas of the National Parks. Enjoy the amazing scenery and famous hiking trails. Aspen Mirror Lake, Navajo Lake and Panguitch Lake are within minutes of the Condo along with several excellent fly-fishing streams/rivers. There are over 500 miles of ATV trails. During the winter there is great snow for snowmobiling and sledding, and at Brian Head Summer and Ski resort you can take in GREAT skiing or snowboarding. During the summer, enjoy the beautiful wild flowers and wildlife. You are sure to see Deer and Turkey abound! Horseback riding is also available in the village. This cozy and very clean condo is very spacious and open and is furnished with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very spacious with double ovens, double door fridge and a large gorgeous island. Should you be vacationing with family or friends that are staying in another condo, this is the place to make your meals and just hang out and enjoy each other. There is satellite TV and WiFi for your convenience. There are is a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the foyer area. There are 3 ceiling fans to assure you the comfort you deserve. In the front you'll find yourself sitting under the covered patio area enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while breathing in the fresh mountain air. Possibly watching a rain storm or snow storm and NOT getting wet. For sure, this is a GREAT home base for your Southern Utah vacation. It is easy access to just about anything you enjoy in the mountains. Visiting the National Parks, taking in a fishing day, ATV or Horseback riding, a day at the Sand Dunes, hiking or just a simple picnic are just minutes away. You can access ATV/Snowmobile trails right from the Condo. We have a FIRE PIT! You can enjoy roasting hotdogs, marshmallows or the kids new favorite (STARBURST CANDY)!!! The roasted marshmallows make the BEST roasted dessert, S'Mores!!!! (graham cracker, chocolate, roasted marshmallows). Just put the chocolate and roasted marshmallow between the graham cracker and it makes a great sandwich dessert. MM.. Goooood! You'll never forget it! Directly across the street is Duck Creek Village. It's a fun happening little village. There's Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Ice cream Shop, Gift Shops and a Convenient Store/Gas Station. There are snowmobiles and 4-wheelers available for rent as well. It's all conveniently located within walking distance from our Condo. Fall Season...... the gorgeous color change of the leaves is a sure thing to talk about! Also, don't miss the opportunity of playing in Utah's snow, well known as 'The Greatest Snow on Earth'. Holidays fill up quick, so don't hesitate. Reserve your nights for that special family vacation in Utah's 'Winter Wonderland'. There is an international airport in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Cedar City has a regional airport as well. Las Vegas and Salt Lake are both linked with Interstate 15 which has an exit to Cedar City. It's just a short 30 min. on a beautiful scenic drive up the mountain on Hwy 14 to Duck Creek Village. It’s always very clean and very nice. We would definitely stay here a third time if we come back to the Utah area. You’re very close to the national parks! A couple disappointments were the condition of some of the cookware, the frypans were in rough shape. The grill was also a bit disappointing, an open fire grill that needs charcoal briquets...so you need to buy or bring some. Still a nice place to stay to visit both Bryce and Zion. ##### Tim N. We had a great stay with all we could ask for ( except mane the lack of an ironing board to go with the iron ) . I would deffo recommend this property for any couple visiting the area. ##### Ian C. The place was exactly as advertised and had so much space for just the two of us. Well worth the money spent. A wonderful place to call home for a few days while traveling. Such a beautiful area to stay. the condo was as advertised very comfortable and very clean. If you have a bigger group and need additional condo's they have 5 at this location and this is the gathering place. Great kitchen and dinning area. directly across the street from Duck Creek Village. I will definitely return and stay at this condo again. We had to keep all our food boxes etc on the counter. Also, list what kind of coffee maker is in the place Keurig etc. It was great having a washer and dryer with all the dust everywhere we went! A very clean and up scale place to stay! Very impressed with the amenities of this. A big kitchen with everything you need! An excellent living area to hang out in at the end of the day after all of the outdoor activities! Right across the highway are several places to rent side by sides to go back on trails and discover the back country! Property was very well-maintained and we felt like we were staying at home. We would definitely rent this place again if we were in the location.
