MAIN LIVING SPACE This upscale cabin has tons of space for everyone to feel extremely comfortable! Inside, you'll be welcomed into the open kitchen/dining/family room space beautiful indoor fireplace. The large sectional sofa and armchairs are super comfy and the perfect spot to relax after a day or play. We highly recommend driving 4-wheel drive in the winter as the roads up the canyon can be icy. There's plenty of parking right outside the cabin on the gravel driveway for as many cars as your group will have. \- POLICIES - \- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises \- No events, parties, or large gatherings \-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us \- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests. \- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture \- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. Fire Pit Guidelines Pit Construction: \-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material. \-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches. \-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches. Safety: \-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn. \-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire. \-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire. \-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby. We stayed in this cabin over Christmas with family and it was absolutely wonderful. The cabin has everything you could ever need and was comfortable and cozy. My wife and I booked this property for a get away and it was fantastic. It's a very clean cabin, with lots of space in the pines. There is a new restaurant within 5 minutes. The hosts are fantastic and very responsive. The hot tub was great for fall evenings. Just a great place all around. I look forward to coming back. Duck Creek Village is within 5 min driving and there are places to eat and ATVs to rent etc. ##### Kenny B. This property was amazing! It was very cozy and clean. The host were quick at responding they made it so easy to check in. The cabin had everything we needed down to basic supplies as towels, tissues, and shampoo. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee, and dishes.
