« Dès notre arrivée le 22/12, l’accueil a été problématique. La dame qui nous a reçus nous a attribué une chambre avec vue sur une autre chambre, alors que nous avions payé pour une vue sur la ville. Lorsque mon compagnon a signalé cette erreur, elle a été désagréable, affirmant que la vue n’était pas garantie et que la chambre correspondante n’avait pas d’ascenseur. Après insistance, elle a passé la discussion à son collègue. Nous avons finalement obtenu la bonne chambre, mais son attitude a...

« Cet hôtel, au calme, est d’une très grande propreté. Notre chambre était spacieuse, claire et confortable. Le seul bémol serait le fait que la climatisation est bruyante et ne fonctionne que quand on est dans la chambre. Il serait nécessaire également de revoir la taille des cocktails. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet hôtel »
