Has everything you need for cooking. The bed is SO COMFY we slept wonderfully! The futon/couch not so much. Only reason I’m rating 4 stars and not 5 is the parking. If your apt #3 it sucks. There’s a big electrical pole you have to watch out for and if there are big vehicles next to your parking spot it’s nearly impossible to maneuver into your spot.
