Immaculate hotel with a stunning view of the sea. We drove and off-season parking is a breeze. We drove into Dubrovnik during the day and used the patio for some picnic time with local food. Staff was very friendly. I highly recommend.

I didn’t know prior to booking that my hotel was one of several in a lovely resort. I had a room with a balcony . Although I didn’t have much of a view it was nice to be able to sit out. My room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfy . Bathroom was spacious and shower worked well. There are various pools on the resort as well as a beach. It’s also next to the walking trail to lapad and there’s a bus stop for town nearby . A great free breakfast buffet. My only minus are the dining options and the price of food and drink. As a vegetarian I didn’t have much choice in the restaurants and €7.5 for a small glass of wine is a lot

This hotel is amazing! It’s in the perfect location, so many surrounding beaches and the bus stop to the old down is right across the street. The included breakfast is not your regular continental, it’s a delicious buffet style with incredible options, and lots of gluten free too! The staff is so friendly and it’s very clean. It’s located on the beautiful walkway where you can find 30 stores and restaurants. It’s beside the other Royal resorts, they’re all connected and there is 0 difference in which one you book. Highly recommend!!

The rooms were better than we imagined. Staff friendly and willing to help and the location, while a little further away from the main attractions, it was walking distance of many fine restaurants and the buses into town were east and frequent.

Great Hotel/ Resort of 3 Hotels. You can make use of the facilities in the three. All staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Good food and restaurant, Five swimming pools and access to the sea. Plenty of sun loungers. Hotel situated about 10-15 mins out of town, No 6 provides access, about 50 yds from the hotel. picturesque setting. Igor, the sommelier in the main restaurant was very engaging.

A Fabulous Resort
This hotel is in an excellent position, fabulous views, amazing sunsets, excellent facilities, excellent food, extremely efficient and friendly staff, it really does not get much better than this.

Property is excellent Most staff were brilliant but reception staff not so helpful I had to go to reception twice to order room service since they won’t pick up the phone but service charge was still there in the bill despite no 5 star service. Three reception staff talked to me aggressively at once when I requested late check out and one of them told me clearly that they want the room for next guest and showed no customer care to me assuming I wanted it for free. It was embarrassing to be shouted at by three people! I was requesting and happy to pay extra for late check out. Only bothered about the next customer. Did not feel hospitality unfortunately.

The hotel was conveniently located in front of the coastline, with a fantastic view of the seafront. Like in Dubrovnik , there are no sandy beaches except pebbles . Lots of swimming pools to compensate.

Excellent hotel!
Excellent hotel in a great location. We had a premium sea view room with balcony on the 7th floor and it was worth every penny. I am attaching some photos to give a feel for the incredibly good views from the balcony. Staff are very courteous and helpful. If there is any room for improvement I would suggest including a bit of variation in the breakfast and dinner menus. The food was fresh and tasty but on most days it was quite repetitive and options were a tad bit limited compared to equivalent hotels in Spain, Greece or Portugal. The kitchen team could do with a bit more innovation around desserts and live food counters. But overall, an excellent hotel and strongly recommended. I would also suggest going for a half board deal as the restaurants on site are quite expensive if one were to dine regularly.

Thanks for a very pleasant stay of 6 nights - we used a number of your bars and restaurants, the food was good and the service was good to outstanding - reception and ‘on the rocks’ were particularly great. If we had a issue it is something that is difficult to resolve we were in 4308 and facing another block of accommodation- with the exception of the early morning - the mother or son was on their balcony looking into our room or appeared to be for the majority of the day. Their room had net curtains and blackout curtains and we could not past there window - ours had a blind that had to lowered - no curtains - so consequently when we returned to our room in the afternoon we had to have the air con on, lights on, blinds down - because of the blinds. Apart from our first night, we could not use the balcony as the blackout was down to stop the other room observing us. For a hotel of your standing I think this is poor and unnecessary with some foresight.

We loved everything about Hotel Neptun! It is in a group of hotels and you can use the amenities at any of them. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional with any/all questions we needed answered. The spa services were excellent. There were always beach chairs available. The buffet breakfast had at least 15 stations, with new items every couple of days. Just an incredible place to stay and our family misses it already!

This is an excellent resort area with multiple Royal hotels. We were thrilled to be upgraded to the Royal Ariston. Beautiful room, large balcony with sea views. Multiple pool options and lounge chairs everywhere, including the sea front rocky area. Nice to have the buffet breakfast included. Local bus service to Old town Dubrovnik very close by. This is a great spot to get away to and relax . Would definitely stay in this complex again and recommend to others.
