Villa Dubrovnik is a comfortable villa in Dubrovnik that is located a stone’s throw away from a beautiful white beach and crystal clear seas. The villa provides exceptional comfort with a total of five fully climate controlled rooms located over three levels. The villas is 180m2\.   
Villa Dubrovnik is the perfect destination for families or larger groups. Great care and attention has been given to the interior design of this holiday villa in Croatia and there is a true Mediterranean feel with the light colours and tasteful furnishings. On the ground floor of the villa there is a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen area that is fully furnished with everything you will need during your stay to make yourself feel truly at home.   
The pool is heated from June 1 - September 30 free of charge.3 Night minimum stay.There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin room within the villa, all furnished to the highest standard with large, comfortable beds, ample storage space and wide open windows that allow you an unfiltered view over your surrounding areas. There are also 3 luxury bathrooms within the villa with modern power showers and Jacuzzi baths.You are allowed full privacy with Villa Dubrovnik with the luscious surroundings creating a barrier against the outside world. Out on the terrace, you will be able to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine on the large sunbathing space and cool down in the private swimming pool. The palm trees surrounding the villa provide shade from the heat, which you’ll appreciate in the warmer Dubrovnik months. There is also ample dining space out on the terrace, so you can enjoy dinner al fresco and surrounded by the beautiful Croatian countryside. A sheltered seating area provides opportunity to escape the heat and relax in luxury.   
For those looking to explore Dubrovnik and its picturesque countryside or mysterious caves, there is the option to rent a car, speedboat or even a yacht for an additional price.Maintenance of the garden and pool is included in the price.
