One of the greatest assets of this property is its location. Despite being only a 10-minute drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town, the villa is situated in a serene and peaceful area that allows guests to enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. The left wing of the building has two double en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, while the right wing features a large tavern on the ground floor with an exit to the pool terrace. On the first floor of the right wing, there are two more en-suite bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds.  
  
  
  
The second floor boasts another double bedroom with a bathroom, a spacious living area with a terrace and breathtaking views, a kitchen, and a study with a pool out sofa that can be used as an additional bed for two children.
