However it is just across from Big Onofrio’s Fountain at the Pile Gate. If still having trouble finding it just go into the Hard Rock Cafe and ask. They will gladly show you the entrance which is just across the street. But it was quite noisy. We stayed in the attic room, and could clearly hear sound from the square outside. It was mostly ambient noise during the daytime, but in the evening there was a live performance at the Hard Rock Cafe ending just after 11\.
