Jul 17, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Oberflächlich geputzte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit schönem Blick aufs Meer Die vorherige Bewertung bezog sich auf 2 zusammen vermietete Wohnungen. Die jetzige ist ca. 45 qm groß und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Bad, Wohnküche und einer nach Südwesten ausgerichteten, großen überdachten Veranda mit schönem Blick aufs Meer (Jetzt komplett verschlossen mit Schiebefenstern als Wintergarten, was im Hochsommer aufgrund eingeschränkter Zugluft zu Wärmestau führt. Zusätzlich sind dort ein Schreibtisch, Stehlampe und Kleiderschrank abgestellt.). Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und mit schönem Blick aufs Meer oberhalb der Innenstadt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße ohne unmittelbare Nachbarn. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bankomat, Restaurant, Bushaltestelle (z.B. nach Dubrovnik) und Müllentsorgungsplatz sind ganz in der Nähe vorhanden. Zur Innenstadt geht man ca. 15 min einen teils steilen Fußweg hinunter. Ein Parkplatz für das eigene Auto ist auf dem Grundstück nicht vorhanden. Man parkt an der nahegelegenen Schule, wobei dort die Parkplätze vormittags unter der Woche oft komplett belegt sind. Der englischsprechende Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er wohnt oberhalb der vermieteten Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer roch nach alt und war staubig und mit vielen Spinnenweben versehen. Die Wohnung war offensichtlich davor längere Zeit unbewohnt und ungelüftet. Durch unser intensives Lüften und nächtlichen Gebrauch der Klimaanlage verbesserte sich die Lage, jedoch verblieb ein Restgeruch auch nach 3 Wochen. Die Küche ist mit Ausnahme des großen, gut kühlenden Kühlschranks mit großen Gefrierfächern und des neuwertigen Herds abgewohnt und u.a. sind die Griffe, Leisten und Fliesen zum Teil fettig. Sie ist spartanisch ausgestattet. Der große Geschirrspüler funktioniert ausreichend. In der Küche gibt es kein kaltes, nur warmes Wasser. Im Bad fehlt das auf dem Foto abgebildete Bidet, die Bohrlöcher wurden nicht verschlossen und es war staubig, zum Teil nicht gründlich geputzt (u.a. Toilettenschüssel). Das Duschwasser läuft zum Teil auf den Boden. Die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Waschmaschine mit Bügelbrett waren nicht vorhanden. Die leistungsstarke Klimaanlage befindet sich in der Wohnküche und funktioniert einwandfrei. Wifi funktioniert ebenfalls gut. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden wöchentlich gewechselt. Tipps zu Cavtat: Cavtat liegt in der Anflugschneise des Flughafens, so dass es tagsüber zu Fluglärm kommt. Nachts ist es ruhig. Buchen Sie Ihre Bootsausflüge nicht im Hafen von Cavtat, sondern online und sie sparen zum Teil erheblich Geld ##### Lars K. The apartment was great really spacious and clean. Three good sized double bedrooms and super effective air conditioning in every room which you really need. The balcony was absolutely fantastic, huge and with 2 loungers, 6 chairs and a table. The kitchen was equipped to a basic level but you'll not need to cook as Cavtat has a great range of excellent affordable food including local dishes and lots of fish and seafood. A good meal with two courses and a litre of wine is about £35-40\. The walk down to the village is steep and it's hot even late at night it was still 30!! It's fine if you're reasonably fit though! Pero and his dad Anton were great hosts collecting and dropping us at the airport for 2 different flights. Cavtat really is an amazing destination we've been twice and plan to return again very soon.
