The Comfortable two bedroom home, with 110 sq meters /1200 sq ft area is a part of the 200 years old privately own house recently renewed and it has attributes of cultural monument proclaimed by the state conservation authorities.
It includes dining and living room space, two bedrooms WITH 2 KING SIZE BEDS each with en suite bathroom (shower&bath tube) + ROLL AWAY SINGLE BED ON REQUEST- (not on photos) and fully equipped kitchen.

Our stay at Niko’s place just outside the Old Town wall was lovely. Niko gave us a good orientation of the town and food recommendations. Perfect size for my four friends. We had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, just outside the walled city. Only two flights of stairs from ground level….which is minimal in Dubrovnik. Niko was an amazing host, gave us lots of information and recommendations.
