With its warm interior and a lovely view overlooking the neighborhood and greenery it will make for a lovely vacation home. The apartment features one double bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with a single bed; one full bathroom with a shower and additional toilet, an open plan kitchen with dining and living area from where glass doors open onto a lovely balcony with sitting area offering partial sea view. Amenities include: Free Wi-Fi, AC ( living room, double and twin bedroom ), TV, washing machine, balcony, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building with indoor flights of stairs leading to the apartment entrance. Because of its convenient location, a grocery store and a café bar are just across the street from the apartment, a restaurant can be found only 350 meters from the apartment while the nearest beach Bellevue is located approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The historical center of Old town with its many attractions and historical sights can be reached in approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the property. Apartment Terra sleeps 5 guests. \*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. \* Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you. Il n'y a pas de bruit. Enfin, il y a une épicerie et une boulangerie de l'autre côté de la rue. L'agence de location est située à proximité et accepte de garder les bagages. J'ai mis 1 étoile de moins car même en précisant l'heure du départ à l'agence de location, la femme de ménage a tenté de rentrer dans le logement avant que l'on parte (avant l'heure de restitution du logement). ##### Antoine T.
