Enjoy everything Dubrovacko Primorje has to offer, Dubravica, a cosy little village near Dubrovnik!   
Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby: hiking, biking, ATV/buggy safaris, beaches, cultural sights in Dubrovnik, Ston, Slano, cruising the Elaphite islands, explore the islands of Mljet and Korcula, during the season enjoy in olive and vine harvests.   
Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.  
  
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay with stunning sea and island views.  
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher and a freezer.   
The house is a perfect place to relax, reset your mind. It offers a television and internet access, board games, training tools and yoga mats.  
  
This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 persons.  
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. with an extra folding bed.   
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.  
There are 2 bathrooms, both are equipped with a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower.  
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.  
The outside terrace is equipped with s spacious dining table, lounge area and private swimming pool.   
  
House Rules:  
\- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.  
\- Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace.  
\- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.  
\- One pet of less than 10 kg is allowed at the property at extra cost.   
\- A breakfast basket can be organised at the cost of 90 EUR per day nevertheless the number of guests  
\- Pre-grocery shopping can be organised upon request.   
\- Extra cleaning is 70 EUR

#### Amazing view near Dubrovnik

We spent 4 nights at Sabine 's cottage and had an amazing time. The terrace offers a stunning view, the cottage is superbly equipped, and Sabine is super responsive and a great host. I would not be surprised if we return.
