We are right in the heart of the Old Town, just a few steps away from most important monuments; churches, the main street Stradun, the old harbour, the market square, restaurants and so much more. Dates from the 15th century, original charm and detail maintained with this renovated suite - lots of bright light but nice cool air conditioning in each room with separate controls. Old Town Dubrovnik is a walking town, no cars allowed. We do have a nightclub on our street called MILK. The apartment is basic, but very clean and comfortable. The landlord was very good in working with us about check in and check out times. Be aware that it is a very old building so there are a few things to consider. You have to walk up three flights of old stairs with your luggage. To get from the main bedroom to the kitchen/living area you have to walk through the outside hall or the smaller bedroom. All in all, a good place to stay. ##### maureen s. Internet did not work upon arrival but we contacted the owner and she immediately scheduled service and issue was resolved within the day. Washing machine was wonderful to have in the apartment but dryer did not work - upon reviewing the listing I believe it was disclosed in the listing so we did not ask any questions or request repair. It has lots of space (especially convenient if you're traveling with lots of luggage), and so many amenities - great little kitchen and fridge and really nice to have the two bathrooms. At night it is fairly calm and undisturbed since it is at the end of a dead end street. There is a bar+club in the same street but the music was not an issue, it's still very quiet and we had no issues falling asleep. Hosts were very helpful and communicative, and easy check-in/out.
