The kitchen facilities were modern and served our needs well. I stayed in the ground floor bedroom by the front door, which had a window that opened to the street, and the Luas was just outside the window. As it runs from 05:30-12:30, earplugs were necessary. There was a Luas stop about two blocks away, and several sites of interest are within a short walk. A Spar store was just around the corner, as well as a number of cafes and restaurants. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have at least one chair in each bedroom. All things considered, this was a good value and I would stay there again. ##### Dennis S. I stayed here with 20 of my friends for St. Patricks Day and it was great! The property is very roomy with very comfy beds and many bathrooms. Everything was very up to date. Check-in and communication with the host was very easy. The location of the property was good as well. The only downside was that the lights in the basement do not turn off and made it a bit uncomfortable for the girls sleeping on the pull out couches, since we had 21 people. The host was responsive to all of our questions. A very short walk to the River Liffey and the James Joyce Bridge, this place was a short walk to everywhere in Dublin. The light rail has a stop right outside the door of this place if you wish to use it. We spent Christmas in this place with a group of 15\. The host went as far as to decorate the place for Christmas which my wife found to be a very thoughtful touch from our host. We cooked our Christmas meals there, and everything worked out very well.
