The hotel was fine but a charge of £124.99 was on my credit card which shouldn’t have been charged if I didn’t do online banking I would’ve have seen it before left all.I Was told it was an error in their system I don’t think this is good enough no real apology Iam disappointed at this also the service in the bar for our meal was very slow and they didn’t have what I ordered on Friday night again no apology

We enjoyed our stay at this well-located hotel in Malahide. The room was very clean and comfortable (our only quibble was that the pillows were not as comfortable as the bed.) The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll stay here again the next time we're in Malahide.

Our stay at the Grand hotel on New Years eve was great. Our room was very nice and the upgrade very welcome. Thr hotrl was decorated lovely for Christmas and there was a hood atmosphere for New Years eve. The breakfast however was nice a good selection but the cooked breakfast was not warm, eggs were very over cooked and everythong else cool and rubbery.

When we booked this room it was for 3 people on your website. When we arrived hotel told us only booked for 2 at your end which was very disappointing and we had to pay extra for our daughter. Would be very reluctant to use your site again as it was very misleading information.

I’ve always loved The Grand and have been staying there for over 20 years. The updated rooms with Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso Coffee machine and large walk-in shower are a lovely addition. The rooms have all had a refreshing makeover. I intend to keep going for another 20 years +.
