Summary:  
  
A most impressive and attractive bay windowed family home of style, warmth and luxury. The atmosphere within is welcoming, a testament to the lovely family home, which is impeccably presented throughout. Shrewsbury is one of Dublin's premier residential developments, fashionably located behind electronic security gates, just off the Merrion Road in the heart of Dublin 4\. The cleverly designed residence has the perfect balance of elegance and contemporary chic.  
  
The Space:  
  
Light enhances the space, with delightful tiled floors and luxurious carpets for warmth, colour and texture adding to the showhouse impression.  
  
On first entering the hallway, there is an abundance of natural light. The beautiful bay windowed living room, features a contemporary Chesney fireplace. The open plan kitchen and dining room offers pleasant views of the beautifully landscaped garden. The modern kitchen is presented with contemporary units, island unit with granite countertop and breakfast bar, providing practical day-to-day living space for the family. There is a guest w.c. off the hallway, opposite a generous utility room.  
  
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, all completed with built in wardrobes, and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is truly exceptional - running the fully width of the home, and features a large bay window, extensive array of built in wardrobes and generous en-suite shower room.   
  
The convenience of this location cannot be overstated, being within comfortable walking distance of a superb choice of amenities including the Merrion Shopping Centre, Sydney Parade DART, Elm Park Golf Club, St. Vincent's Hospital and RTE.
