We were able to walk each day to all of the sites. Wonderful pubs and restaurants within blocks, but far enough from the main road to be quiet at nighttime. Paid extra for the gated parking which was a deal. You are about a 8 minute walk to Guinness Storehouse which is a stop for all the tour busses, uber, taxis, city bus etc. Reccomend breakfast at Catherine's right around the corner maybe a 2 minute walk. Easy walking to the sights and pubs in Dublin. The townhouse was very clean and has a great sitting area. The pillows and towels had end of season wear and could be better. Also, kitchen shows end of season with amenities depleted a bit. Our host responded immediately to my email regarding coffee maker and brought a replacement. It was tucked away a bit, but we could walk to all the points of interest, very close to Guinness Storehouse. Plenty of beds for our group of 5\. Communication and check in was excellent.
