Super convenient hotel with paking facilities and a 24 hour shuttle bus every 20 mins for dublin airport. Very quiet hotel. Quality restaurants. Will stay without hesitation again.
Property was fine. I made the rookie traveler mistake of booking in advance and paid 100 euros more than I would have had I booked the night I stayed there. I guess they didn't fill up and lowered the rates. Also was told my breakfast wasn't complementary and charged 17 euros by restaurant staff. After re-checking my expedia booking, I showed them it was supposed to be free and they reimbursed the charge
Hotels handy for early flight. Rooms are spacious and clean, but dated. Room was noisy. I could hear people talking, TV’s, my neighbour banging about and doors in the hallways being slammed so the idea of a good night sleep and 2 extra hours in bed was not worth the hassle.
We flew in late to Dublin and then had early flights out of Dublin so we wanted to be close to th airport and have easy transport. The shuttle was only five minutes from the airport and with the online checkin all we had to do was arrive and grab our room key. Will definitely stay here again for future flights in/out of Dublin.
Check in was incredibly slow despite having filled in check in info before we went. Room was clean and comfortable . Food in downstairs bar was ok, small portions and not overly hot but ok. Couldn’t get to sleep as noise coming from downstairs bar was very loud. I know it was New Year’s Eve but we have stayed at another Dublin airport hotel on NYE and didn’t have the same racket. So only got 4 hours sleep prior to a long flight the next day. Not ideal. Was an average stay but would not stay agin.
Our check-in did not go as planned. We alerted hotel well in advance that we would be arriving from the airport around 3:30pm. When we arrived we were told the room would be ready at 4pm since check-in is at 4pm. No problem--we grabbed a meal in the restaurant and came back around 4:15pm. We waited (and waited) and watched as a number of other guests checked in to their room. We were told that the single rooms were cleaned but our double room (2 adults and 2 kids) was still in the process of being cleaned. We finally got checked in around 5:25pm. Now I realize it was New Year's Eve but communication wasn't great and we had been traveling all day. Sadly, once we checked into the room there was a odd smell (best I could describe as melted/burnt crayons scent) and the carpet in the room was extremely worn. In the end, it worked out fine and we enjoyed our lone day in Dublin but really wish communication could have been better.
Manager in reception was so rude didn’t show me the time of day, then I was left a half an hour after my key didn’t work was sent out to the wrong room and left me in with luggage on the beds…

Staff were not very nice
The guy who checked us in wasnt very nice.. oldish guy, felt like i was a bit of a burden. Paid the shocinh €15 car park fee on arrival & was told we didnt pay it, only for ut to be investigated before allowing us to leave.. staff were not very nice overall, if im honest!
The hotel was nice and staff were polite and helpful. The young barman was exceptionally helpful and the asian lady. I orfered the chicken dish from the bar menu but it was a very small amount of food for €22. Other than that everything was satisfactory
Had a fire in the Landry room in the middle of the night. Smoke filled the hotel and they told us not to worry the fire was out, but all the alarms were still going on for over an hour before the fire department showed up. Room had an odd smell and window leaked cold air that was blowing hard into the room all night
We arrived early at the hotel. Tired from a lot of travelling. The checkin staff were kind to get us into our room early. We really appreciated that. We had dinner in the rooftop bar. Food was excellent and the older gentleman who served us was very friendly and we appreciated his advice. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. All in all a great experience. Only quibble was the half glass door in the shower in not a good idea.
