Upon check in host gave a tour of the property and gave a bunch of recommendations of things in the area that were worth checking out. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us was well maintained. Host was friendly, communicative, and helpful The place is located next to several transit stops that made it easy to get to any part of the city quickly. Also it was quite easy to walk to most places in Dublin given how centrally located the place is. Our flight out of Dublin was pretty early (2 in the morning) and the host was able to offer a solution of the check out being that early. It’s in immaculate condition, maintained beautifully. There were fresh flowers placed all throughout which was such a nice touch. All of the furniture and decorations felt so well thought out, like a curated space in a museum. The back garden area was a dream come true for those who want to spend some time outside but be covered from the elements should there be inclement weather. John met us at the house to check us in showed us around to tell us how a few things worked. He has a long list of places to check out, pubs to visit, restaurants to eat at. We went to a lot of his suggested areas and every single one of them were spot-on wonderful. He even invited us to join him for a walk in the Dublin Botanic Gardens, which was so generous and unexpected. Our stay in Dublin was lovely! Although in an older neighborhood in Dublin, the house is within walking distance of all the places you might want to visit. John was there to greet us on the first day and he was so accommodating. He actually brought us on a tour of the neighborhood on the second day. Anytime we had a question or a problem he helped us. The property manager reached out several times to check on us and give suggestions for nearby places to visit that were not as touristy. The neighborhood was dirty but not sure I could take a star off for that since the seagulls are to blame, kind of. I did take one star off for the mattresses. We all woke up daily with pain in our backs. Overall we all had a wonderful time. ##### Heather B.
