Guests can enjoy the luxury of waterfront living and surrounding community. This modern one bedroom apartment features stylish design finishes and offers high speed free WIFI throughout with average speeds of 250mbps as well as air conditioning. All household amenities are also provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a round dining table to seat four. The living area has a comfortable sofa, lounge chair, smart TV and neat balcony as well as a separate laundry cupboard. The bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with a separate full bathroom that is stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities.
