The villa is designed with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish dining area, a cozy living space, and ample outdoor seating. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, travelers, or friends seeking a central and serene escape.   
  
The villa boasts a bright and airy atmosphere with an dining and sitting area, complete with TV. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day at JBR Beach, just a 12-minute drive away. Step out into the garden to enjoy your morning coffee amidst the tranquility of your private oasis.   
  
This villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or friends looking for a stylish retreat in a central location. It is ideal for unwinding after a day of shopping at Jumeirah Golf Estates Courses, just a 18-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to savour your morning coffee on our balcony couch while taking in the calmness of the community.
