The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows: 2- 7 nights - 300 AED 7 - 28 - 750 AED Over 28 nights - 1250 AED The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference. \- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation. \- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay. \- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay. \- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
