Le beach club mise en avant sur les photos ne fait pas parti de l’hôtel il se situe à 30 minutes en navette (gratuite) les travaux très bruyant autour de la piscine et la vue de grues dans tout le quartier m’on déçus cependant il faut noter le service impeccable du personnel très agréable et au petit soins les chambre sont propres. Les navettes gratuites ne desservent que des malls malheureusement il faut prévoir des taxis pour les activités.

Don't go if you want nice service
customer service is really questionable even more when in my invoice+ reservation i showed you proof that I paid for that service beach club, when i asked to have a twin bed they replied 3 weeks after i had to insist several times to have an answer. Some employees have condescending behaviour ( the man at the restaurant 29 level) i asked him if it was possible to take off the chilli in the ceviche, he told me that : 'Madam we are not an American restaurant ' i won't talk about the weird girls during the night coming for their clients

Personnel sympathique, petites chambres bien équipées mais étroites quand vous avez un lit bébé. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais victime du succès de l’hôtel, beaucoup de monde et des files d’attentes par moment pour se servir. En dehors de ça bon séjour globalement.

Une petite pépite. Le personnel est aux petits soins, 4 étoiles mais prestation et service 5 étoiles. La piscine est top, bonne musique et la carte pour manger est excellente, tout est très bon et raffiné. La plage privée Soluna Beach avec une navette gratuite, la plage et la plage sont à tomber, ambiance détente, juste le service à la plage est à revoir les managers sont dépassé, on a attendu beaucoup de temps pour passer commande et ils se sont trompés deux fois en deux jours (une fois sur la commande et une fois sur le paiement). Sinon le lieu est exceptionnel, calme et reposant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, les serveurs aux petits soins, les dames de l’accueil adorable et le manager une douceur. L’hôtel est propre, les parfums d’ambiances sont bien étudié. Les chambres sont ergonomique et très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le room service est rapide et impeccable. Merci pour ce séjour, merci à votre personnel les petites mains qui font tourner l’hôtel (ménage, serveur, maître nageur…) ils sont tous aux petits soins et on les remercie. Tout était parfait.

It was a nice property, Clean, big rooms. My only complaint would be that the shower didn’t drain very well Otherwise, the restaurant was good for a quick meal and everyone was very nice

Staff were lovely and when I found my room was dirty they came to clean straight away. Buffet breakfast is good too. My main issue was location as it is too far out from the central places and taxis can be costly. However, they have other branches at more central locations. Otherwise overall not bad for 3 day stay

Hotel lobby smells great. Nice hotel, spacious room, shuttle bus service pick up drop off for the malls and the property’s private beach affiliates. However, room is left not in the most cleanest situations. Had a room change due to cleanliness, and room not thoroughly cleaned after service. Hotel gives you a call if they see the privacy is on long time. However that can be cumbersome when you had a long flight, is jet leg and just want some sleep. Hence the privacy.

Hotel and staff were very friendly and attentive. Particularly the pool, bar, restaurant and life guards. Housekeeping kept forgetting there were 3 in our room so we had to ask every single day for more cups and towels in our room as they only left 2 of everything! The music around the pool was far too loud. We accept there was building work around but it need not have been so loud. The food was excellent and the room and facilities very nice. The Soluna beach club was poor service and there was no communication that the pick up for the bus back would be at a different location to drop off! The photos of the hotel and pool were misleading as they show soluna as the pool. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
